Tiaro State School is a well resourced school. The school grounds consist of 3 playgrounds, 2 large undercover play areas, a multi-purpose court, a large oval/ soccer field and a sandpit.
At Tiaro we have a peaceful play area. It is a cubby house that is an area that students choose to go to during playtime when they need quiet time or alone time. The room is stocked with a large assortment of board games, puzzles and books.
The buildings at Tiaro State School consist of 2 large double teaching blocks, a music room, staffroom, library and assembly hall.
Each classroom comes full-equipped with reverse-cycle airconditioning, interactive whiteboards, postura chairs and computers that allow easy access for daily use.
